1. About these terms
Rubix Peptides is a trading name of Hudson Global Trading Ltd, company number 16500486. Our registered office is 1, Hawkridge Court, Cherbury Close, Bracknell, United Kingdom, RG12 9JQ. In these terms, “Rubix Peptides”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Hudson Global Trading Ltd. These terms govern use of rubixpeptides.com and orders placed with us. Contact us at rubixpeptides@tuta.com or through WhatsApp Business on +44 7538 350304.
The product description, selected variation, agreed price and delivery arrangements form part of your order contract, together with these terms. Our Refund and Returns Policy and Shipping Policy explain cancellation, returns and delivery. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. Mandatory legal rights take priority over conflicting wording.
2. Eligibility and research-only supply
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If ordering for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it and give accurate organisation and contact details.
Our products are supplied for lawful laboratory research only. They are not supplied for human or animal consumption or administration, self-experimentation, clinical treatment, diagnosis, prevention of disease, cosmetic application, or use as food, supplements or medicines. We do not provide dosing, administration or personal medical advice. Product names, scientific discussion and research references are not promises of a health benefit or permission for use outside these supply terms.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the proposed research, purchase, possession, import, handling and disposal are lawful and that suitably trained personnel, facilities and controls are available. This responsibility does not reduce our obligations to supply goods as described or comply with the law. We may request relevant research or business information, decline an order or stop supply where there is a reasonable concern about unlawful use, safety, fraud or breach of these terms.
3. Product information and selection
Read the description and select the required product variation before ordering. Quantities and stated strengths relate to the particular variation chosen. Images illustrate presentation; packaging appearance can change, but this does not permit us to substitute a materially different product or specification without your agreement.
Research outcomes depend on experimental conditions and are not guaranteed. A certificate or analytical document applies to the sample and batch it identifies and does not establish suitability for human use. We do not imply that every batch has a particular certification or purity unless this is expressly stated and supported for that batch. Follow the supplied storage and handling information and contact us if a label, order or supporting document appears inconsistent.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected goods. An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt of that offer; acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation or expressly confirm acceptance in writing. An order may be refused before acceptance for reasons such as unavailable stock, an evident listing error, inability to obtain payment, delivery restrictions or a legitimate compliance concern. We will tell you and refund payment collected for goods we cannot supply.
If an error affects the price or description, we will contact you to explain the correction and ask whether you wish to proceed, or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not impose a higher price or different product without agreement. Changes to an accepted order require agreement, subject to your legal cancellation rights.
5. Prices and payment
Website prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless expressly stated otherwise. The order total, including applicable taxes and any delivery charge, must be disclosed before you commit to pay. We do not add undisclosed compulsory charges after an order is placed. International import charges, where applicable, are addressed in the Shipping Policy.
Use only the payment methods offered for your order. You must be authorised to use the chosen method. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment must be received before dispatch. An unsuccessful or pending payment may delay processing. Promotional offers apply only under the stated conditions and do not alter rights attached to goods already purchased.
6. Delivery and ownership
Delivery availability, charges and timing are governed by the arrangements disclosed for your order and our Shipping Policy. Give a complete and accurate delivery address and tell us promptly about errors. Delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed deadline. We will notify you of material delays and honour applicable cancellation and refund rights.
For consumers, goods remain at our risk until physically received by you or a person you nominate, other than the carrier. A statutory exception can apply if you independently commission a carrier we did not offer. For business orders, risk passes on delivery to the agreed address unless another arrangement is expressly agreed. Ownership passes when we have received full payment and delivered the goods.
7. Cancellation, returns and complaints
Our Refund and Returns Policy gives the procedure and applicable deadlines. Consumer cancellation rights are not removed merely because a product is described as research material. We distinguish consumer rights from discretionary business returns and will apply exceptions only where legally justified.
If there is a problem, email rubixpeptides@tuta.com with your order reference and the outcome requested. We will investigate and explain our response. Contacting us does not prevent you from using any other lawful remedy or complaints route.
8. Accounts and acceptable website use
Keep account details accurate and credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if an account appears compromised. Do not use the site to commit fraud, misrepresent research credentials, submit unlawful material, interfere with security, distribute malicious software, collect other users’ information without authority or infringe another person’s rights.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or investigate misuse. Such action does not extinguish a valid refund or other right relating to an existing order. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or events beyond our reasonable control; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
9. Website material and external links
Website branding, text, design and images belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You may view the site and retain information reasonably needed for a lawful purchase or your records. Other reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission unless allowed by law.
External links are provided for reference. We do not control third-party websites, their services or their privacy practices. Scientific information is supplied in a research context and is not individual professional advice.
10. Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable consumer and sale-of-goods law.
For consumers, we are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. For business customers, subject to the protections above and only to the extent reasonable and permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business opportunity. This does not exclude a claim for the direct loss caused by goods failing to meet the agreed contract.
We are not responsible to the extent a loss is caused by misuse, an unauthorised application, or a failure to follow agreed storage or handling requirements rather than a breach by us. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of events outside our control; such events do not remove an applicable right to cancel for non-delivery or receive a refund.
11. General provisions and changes
The version in force when an order is accepted applies to that order. Later changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove agreed rights. A delay in enforcing a term does not waive it. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue where they can fairly operate. No person other than the parties has a right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Business disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory laws and the right to bring proceedings in any court available to them under applicable law, including the courts of their home part of the UK where applicable. This clause does not require a consumer to give up protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
