1. Introduction

At Rubix Peptides, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our shipping methods, delivery charges, dispatch times and procedures for delayed, lost or damaged parcels.

By placing an order through www.rubixpeptides.com, you acknowledge the delivery arrangements described in this policy.

2. UK shipping options & charges

We currently offer the following UK delivery services through Royal Mail:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £6.00

  • Tracked delivery service.
  • Delivery normally expected within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
  • Tracking information provided once dispatched.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm – £15.00

  • Premium tracked delivery service.
  • Guaranteed delivery by 1pm on the applicable delivery day, subject to Royal Mail’s service terms and eligible destinations.
  • Some destinations may have different guaranteed delivery times.
  • Saturday delivery is not guaranteed unless the appropriate Saturday service has been purchased.

Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Order processing & dispatch times

Our daily order processing cut-off time is 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

We aim to dispatch orders placed and paid for before 2:00pm on the same working day, wherever reasonably possible.

Same-day dispatch is subject to order volumes, stock availability, payment verification and operational requirements and is not guaranteed.

Orders placed after 2:00pm will normally be processed on the next working day. However, where operationally possible, we may still dispatch orders placed after the cut-off time on the same day.

Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take longer than usual.

4. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times begin from the date the parcel is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is an estimated delivery service and does not guarantee delivery within 24 hours.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm is subject to the specific service purchased, the posting deadline, destination restrictions and Royal Mail’s applicable terms.

Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, operational disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any delivery estimates provided on our website are indicative and do not remove customers’ statutory rights.

5. Order tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will normally receive a dispatch confirmation containing their Royal Mail tracking details.

Customers can track their parcels through the official Royal Mail website: Track your item.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the parcel has been collected or accepted by Royal Mail.

6. Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details when placing an order.

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout.

If an incorrect address has been supplied, customers should contact us immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to amend an address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.

Where an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer results in a parcel being returned to us, additional delivery charges may apply for resending the order.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for errors made by Rubix Peptides or customers’ statutory rights.

7. Delayed deliveries

Although we aim to provide a reliable delivery service, occasional delays may occur.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please check your Royal Mail tracking information before contacting us.

Where a delivery is delayed, we will provide reasonable assistance and, where appropriate, investigate the matter with Royal Mail.

We remain responsible for meeting our legal obligations regarding delivery, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Lost or missing parcels

If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to confirm your delivery address and provide relevant information to assist with our investigation.

Where a parcel is lost before delivery to the customer or their nominated recipient, Rubix Peptides will provide an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Customers will not be required to pursue compensation directly from Royal Mail where Rubix Peptides remains legally responsible for delivery.

9. Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where available, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Photographs of the external packaging.
  • Photographs of the damaged products.
  • A brief description of the damage.

Please retain the original packaging where reasonably possible while we investigate.

Where goods arrive damaged or faulty, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Failure to provide photographs or retain packaging does not automatically remove your statutory rights.

10. Failed delivery attempts & returned parcels

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, it may arrange redelivery, leave the parcel at an appropriate location where permitted, or hold it for collection.

Customers should follow the instructions provided by Royal Mail.

Where a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, delivery was refused without a valid legal reason, or incorrect delivery information was provided, we may charge reasonable additional postage costs for redelivery.

Any refund or deduction will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Refund & Returns Policy.

11. Stock availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information, occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If this happens, we will contact the customer to discuss available options, including an alternative product where agreed, waiting for stock or receiving an appropriate refund.

We will not substitute products without the customer’s agreement.

12. Delivery responsibility & transfer of risk

For consumer orders, Rubix Peptides remains responsible for goods until they come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them, subject to applicable law.

Risk does not automatically transfer to the customer simply because a parcel has been handed to Royal Mail or marked as dispatched.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any rights customers have under UK consumer protection legislation.

13. International shipping

We are currently publishing delivery arrangements for UK orders only.

International shipping options and applicable terms may be introduced separately in the future.
